摘要
目前医院候诊空间在应对智能就医技术带来的变化上普遍存在着滞后现象。基于此,文章采用观察法和访谈法对智能就医模式下的候诊空间展开调查研究,归纳使用者的行为变化和新需求,梳理出候诊空间的现状问题主要集中在功能布局、设施设置及使用管理三方面,并针对以上问题分别提出优化策略。研究成果对候诊空间优化设计具有借鉴意义。
At present, the waiting room of hospital is generally lagging behind in responding to the changes brought by intelligent medical treatment technology. Based on this, the paper adopts observation and interview to investigate the waiting room under the intelligent medical treatment mode, summarizes the changes of users’ behaviors and new demands, and sorts out the current situation of waiting space mainly in the functional layout, facility setting and use management. In view of the above problems, optimization strategies are proposed.The research results can be used for reference in the optimization design of waiting room.
