摘要
目的观察温肾丸联合西药治疗对原发性高血压伴勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的临床疗效。方法将40例入院患者随机分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=20)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服温肾丸。两组疗程均为8周,评价两组治疗前后对24 h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24hDBP)的影响、勃起功能的改善程度(采用IIEF-5问卷评分)以及药物安全性。结果用药前监测两组患者血压水平无差异,用药后两组血压水平均得到了很好的控制;用药前两组勃起功能无差异,但是治疗组额外给与温肾丸口服后,患者勃起功能障碍较前减轻;2组治疗期间未见明显不良反应或并发症发生。结论温肾丸联合西药治疗高血压伴勃起功能障碍,可有效降压并能改善患者的勃起功能,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen pill combined with western medicine on patients with essential hypertension and erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into control group(n=20) and treatment group(n=20).The control group received conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated with oral Wenshen pill on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The effects of 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(24 hSBP),24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(24 hDBP),and improvement of erectile function(using LIEF-5 questionnaire) and drug safety were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The blood pressure level before treatment and the IIEF-5 score were compared between the two groups.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,SBP and 24 hDBP were significantly decreased at 24 h after treatment(P<0.05),and IIEF-5 score was significantly higher in the treatment group(P<0.05),but not in the control group(P>0.05).No significant adverse reactions or complications occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion Wenshen pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertension with erectile dysfunction can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve the erectile function of patients,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
