摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗在霉菌性阴道炎中的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至8月邳州市中医院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者76例为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组法分为实验组与对照组,各38例。2组均进行常规治疗,实验组加用易黄汤加减口服兼坐浴。比较2组患者的治愈率以及治疗满意度。结果实验组就诊满意度为100%,高于对照组86.84%(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率为97.37%,高于对照组86.84%(P<0.05)。结论使用中西医结合治疗方式可提升霉菌性阴道炎患者的就诊满意度和治疗效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combined Chinese and western medicine on mycotic vaginitis.Methods Totally 76 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to Pizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by computer random grouping method,38 cases each.Both groups received routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with yihuang Decoction plus or minus oral and sitz bath.The cure rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of satisfaction was 100%in the experimental group,higher than 86.84%in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.37%,higher than that of the control group(86.84%,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mycotic vaginitis with the combination of Traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the satisfaction degree and treatment effect.
