摘要
通过离析试验、黏度试验、动态剪切流变(DSR)时间扫描试验和多应力蠕变回复(MSCR)试验、弯曲梁蠕变劲度(BBR)试验评价时温作用下沥青的流变性能。结果表明:脱硫降解后,胶粉改性沥青黏度降低,存贮稳定性改善,低温流变性质依然优于4.5%SBS改性沥青,但高温流变性能下降;260℃、6 h是溶解性胶粉改性沥青制备过程中脱硫降解反应主导向老化反应主导过渡的临界条件,实现了当前研究条件下的充分脱硫降解状态。
The rheological properties of asphalt under the action of time and temperature were evaluated by isolation test,viscosity test,DSR time scanning test,MSCR test and BBR test.The results show that after desulfurization and degradation,the viscosity of the TB asphalt is decreased,the storage stability is improved,the rheological properties at low temperature are still better than those of 4.5%SBS modified asphalt,but the high temperature rheological properties are decreased.260℃and 6h are critical strips for the transition from desulfurization degradation reaction to aging reaction in the preparation of TB asphalt.Full desulfurization and degradation under current research conditions are achieved.
