摘要
基于频谱分析的方法研究了汽车座椅水平调节电机手传振动大的问题。频谱显示手传振动大为低频200Hz以内,同时具有明显的周期冲击信号。通过测试排除了转子动不平衡量,零部件尺寸以及安装等因素的影响。调查发现是由塑料芯套内部筋位过长,导致接触面不平,从而引起周期性的撞击。通过改模芯套筋位减短1mm,在时域信号和时频图(彩图)中周期性的撞击信号都消失,电机手传振动减小。该研究成果可为电机手传振动控制和提高汽车座椅舒适性提供参考价值。
Based on the method of frequency spectrum analysis,the problem of large hand-transmitted vibration of motor of automobile seats for level self-adjustment is studied.The frequency spectrum shows that the hand-transmitted vibration is less than 200Hz,and has obvious periodic impact signal.The influence of rotor dynamic unbalance,component size and installation was eliminated.It was found that the internal rib of the plastic sleeve was too long,resulting in bad parallelism of contact surface,which caused periodic impact.By modifying the internal rib of sleeve to shorten by 1mm,the periodic impact signal in the time domain signal and time-frequency diagram(color diagram)disappears,and the hand-transmitted vibration of motor decreases.The research results can provide reference value for the control of motor vibration and the improvement of automobile seat comfort.
