摘要
基于共生理论,高等职业教育产学研共生网络是具有同质性与异质性特征的系统架构,其概念模型包括共生单元、共生环境以及共生界面的内涵及体系结构。高等职业教育产学研共生网络的进化逻辑,是一个动态的完备化过程,涵盖共生单元质参量兼容、共生环境正向影响和共生界面优化三方面要素,形成共生单元阶梯式内生进化、共生环境复合式外在驱动和共生界面多元化渠道耦合的进化逻辑,基于上述逻辑,可以从共生单元"内生力"、共生环境"外驱力"和共生界面"耦合力"三个方面进行高职产学研共生网络的培育。
Based on the theory of symbiotic,the homogeneity and heterogeneity characteristics for symbiotic network of higher vocational education industry-university-research were explicated.Its conceptual model includes the symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment,symbiosis interface connotation and system structure.The evolutionary logic of the symbiotic network of industry-university-research in higher vocational education is a dynamic and complete process.It includes three elements:the compatibility of symbiotic unit quality parameters,the positive influence of symbiotic environment and the optimization of symbiotic interface.These three elements form the evolutionary logic which includes the step endogenous evolution of symbiotic unit,the compound external drive of symbiotic environment and the multiple channel coupling of symbiotic interface.On the basis of evolution logic,the cultivation mechanism of“three forces”of symbiotic network was put forward from three aspects:“endogenous force”of symbiotic unit;“external drive”of symbiotic environment and“coupling force”of symbiotic interface.
