摘要
某航空雷达要求汇流环要有一定的传输功率,并具有体积小、重量轻、免维护等特点。介绍了一种新型功率汇流环设计方法,采用刷丝作为接触摩擦副,分析了导电环和绝缘环特点对汇流环性能的影响,提出了新型导电环和绝缘环结构设计,同时对该功率汇流环设计中的关键技术进行了探讨,为雷达功率汇流环设计提供了参考。
A certain airborne radar requires that the slip-ring has definite transmission power,and posses the features such as small volume,light weight,no maintenance,etc.This paper introduces the design method of a new power slip-ring,uses brush wire as the contact friction pair,analyzes the influence of conducting ring and insulation ring features on the slip-ring performance,puts forward the structure designs of new conducting ring and insulation ring,as well as discusses the key technologies in the design of power slip-ring,which provides the reference for the design of radar power slip-ring.
