摘要
文章主要介绍CINRAD/SB雷达伺服系统的构成及信号流程。根据伺服系统工作原理总结出了8种关键信号流程,依据信号流程研究出雷达7种故障诊断方法。结合故障诊断方法,分析了伺服无法通电、汇流环故障以及控制经度差等故障案例。伺服系统诊断方法可有效缩短雷达故障的维修时间,提高雷达业务运行可用性指标。
This paper mainly introduces the composition and signal flow of CINRAD/SB radar servo system.According to the working principle of the servo system,8 basic key signal flows are summarized.By means of the signal flow,7 fault diagnosis methods of radar are studied.Combined with the fault diagnosis methods,the failure cases such as servo cannot be powered on,the slip ring malfunction and control longitude differences are analyzed.The servo system diagnosis methods can effectively shorten the radar fault maintenance time and improve the radar operational availability.
