摘要
黑粤两省职业教育东西协作的行动是对教育部、国务院扶贫办《关于印发职业教育〈东西协作行动计划(2016-2020年)〉的通知》文件精神、两省教育厅职业教育东西协作行动计划的落实。黑粤校际对接突出对接机制、人才培养探究、校企合作共享,缩小东西部地区南北职业教育水平差距,促进师生的专业素养与技能水平提升;将先进经验提炼成为适合黑龙江省职业教育发展实际需要的理论,形成促进区域师生发展进步的有效方法与有力支撑,为两省校际发展与合作提供借鉴。
The action of the East-West cooperation of vocational education in Heilongjiang province and Guangdong province is the implementation of the document——"Notice on Printing and Distributing Vocational Education‘Action Plan of East West Cooperation(2016-2020)’"issued by the Ministry of Education,the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council and the action plan of the East-West cooperation of vocational education of the two provincial education departments.The interschool docking between Heilongjiang province and Guangdong province focuses on docking mechanism,exploration of talent cultivation,and school-enterprise cooperation and sharing in order to narrow the gap of the vocational education level between the east and the west and promote the professional quality and skill level of teachers and students.It will refine advanced experience into theoretical condensation suitable for the practical development of vocational education in Heilongjiang province and form effective exploration and strong support to promote the development and progress of teachers and students in the two regions.It also provides reference and supplement for the development and cooperation between the two provinces.
