基于“高分+应急监测”的“8·20”汶川暴雨灾害链灾情分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用"高分+应急监测"模式,利用多期、多源遥感数据进行协同分析,对"8·20"汶川暴雨灾害及其诱发的次生灾害进行应急监测,对暴雨灾后的水体、居民区等承灾体与泥石流等次生灾害隐患进行遥感判译,分析暴雨致灾灾损,初步提出了暴雨灾害链减灾断链措施。结果表明,遥感技术对灾后应急救援及灾损评估、摸清地灾隐患家底、提升防控能力具有重要意义。 In the mode of"Gaofen+emergency monitoring",multi-period and multi-source remote sensing data is utilized to carry out collaborative analysis.The"8·20"Wenchuan rainstorm disaster and its secondary disasters are monitored in an emergency way.Remote sensing interpretation is carried out on the hazards,such as rivers and other water bodies after rainstorm disaster.Potential hazards of secondary disasters,such as post-disaster debris flows,are revealed by remote sensing images.The damages caused by rainstorm are analyzed and the measures to reduce disaster and cut off rainstorm disaster chain are put forward.The results show that remote sensing technology is of great significance in post-disaster emergency rescue and disaster assessment for finding out the hidden dangers of geological disaster and improving abilitiy to prevent and control disasters.
