摘要
无源核子料位计通过检测粉煤灰中固有的伽马射线来计算灰位,其中的关键物理量为伽马射线的计数率.由于计数率具有统计涨落性,在实际应用中需要进行滤波处理.本文针对常用的移动平均滤波算法,研究了滤波时间常数对随机误差和跟随误差的影响,并在此基础上提出了综合误差的概念.通过对综合误差进行分析,确定了使得综合误差最小化的滤波时间常数表达式,为无源核子料位计应用中的参数设置提供了有价值的理论指导.
The passive nuclear material level meter calculates the ash level by detecting the inherent gamma rays in fly ash,and the key physical quantity is the gamma ray counting rate.Due to the statistical fluctuation of counting rate,filtering is needed in practical application.In this paper,the influence of the filter time constant on the random error and the following error is studied for the commonly used moving average filter algorithm,and the concept of combined error is proposed on this basis.Based on the analysis of the combined error,the expression of the filter time constant is determined to minimize the combined error,which provides valuable theoretical guidance for parameter setting in the application of the passive nucleon material level meter.
