超声介导药物靶向递送技术对急性乳腺炎治疗作用的临床研究

摘要 目的 研究超声介导药物靶向递送技术治疗急性乳腺炎的临床价值.方法 300例急性乳腺炎患者,根据入院编码奇偶数分为治疗组和对照组,各150例.对照组行常规治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上应用超声介导药物靶向递送技术治疗.比较两组临床疗效、超声检查结果.结果 治疗组临床治疗总有效率94.00%高于对照组的78.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组患者平均肿块长泾、肿块横径、肿块厚度及血流信号指标值分别为(2.10±0.34)cm、(1.65±0.31)cm、(1.50±0.33)cm、(24.20±2.33)cm/s均优于对照组的(3.46±0.62)cm、(2.89±0.84)cm、(2.61±0.81)cm、(30.17±2.17)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 超声介导药物靶向递送技术治疗急性乳腺炎具有明显的效果,且具有良好的安全性,值得推广. Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound-mediated targeted drug delivery on acute mastitis.Methods A total of 300 acute mastitis patients were divided into treatment group and control group by odd-even number on admission,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group received ultrasound-mediated targeted drug delivery.The clinical efficacy and ultrasonic examination results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment 94.00%of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 78.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average mass vertical diameter,mass transverse diameter,mass thickness and blood flow signal of the treatment group were(2.10±0.34)cm,(1.65±0.31)cm,(1.50±0.33)cm and(24.20±2.33)cm/s were all better than those of the control group(3.46±0.62)cm,(2.89±0.84)cm,(2.61±0.81)cm and(30.17±2.17)cm/s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-mediated targeted drug delivery has obviously effect on acute mastitis,and it contains high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
