摘要
恶性血液病(HM)是一种严重的造血系统疾病,致死率较高,造血干细胞移植是目前治疗HM常用的治疗方法,治疗时患者胃肠功能受到严重影响,患者出现营养不良的现象,严重影响到患者的预后情况,因此,正确评估患者的营养状态,为其提供营养支持,可以有效改善营养状态,促进患者康复,延长其术后生存期。
Hematologic Malignancies(HM)is a serious hematopoietic system disease with a high mortality rate.Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a commonly used treatment for HM,and the gastrointestinal function of the patient is seriously affected.The patient has malnutrition,and the malnutrition will seriously affect the prognosis of the patient.Therefore,correctly assessing the nutritional status of the patient and providing nutrition support care can effectively improve the nutritional status,promote patient recovery and prolong their postoperative survival.
