天胡荽与酢浆草浸提液对耐旱型杂草萌发及生长的影响

Effect of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides and Oxalis corniculata Extracts on Germination and Growth of Drought-tolerant Weeds

摘要 为利用植物的化感作用生态防控油菜田耐旱型杂草提供理论依据,采用培养皿滤纸法和浸种法,研究天胡荽和酢浆草浓度分别为0.0125 g/mL、0.025 g/mL、0.05 g/mL及0.1 g/mL的浸提液对油菜田3种耐旱型杂草马齿苋、鬼针草和早熟禾种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:天胡荽浸提液浓度大于0.0125 g/mL时对鬼针草种子发芽具有促进作用,对马齿苋和早熟禾种子则具有抑制作用,且对早熟禾的抑制作用大于马齿苋;酢浆草浸提液浓度大于0.05 g/mL对3种杂草种子发芽、幼苗根长和茎长均具有明显抑制作用,幼苗化感综合效应为负值。高浓度酢浆草浸提液对杂草具有较明显的防控作用。 The effects of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides and Oxalis corniculata extracts with four different concentration(0.0125 g/mL,0.025 g/mL,0.05 g/mL and 0.1 g/mL)on germination and seedling growth of three drought-tolerant weeds(Portulaca oleracea,Bidens pilosa and Poa annua)in rapeseed field are studied by using petri dish filter paper method and seed-immersion method to provide the theoretical basis for ecological prevention and control of drought-tolerant weed in rapeseed field by using plant allelopathy.Result:When the concentration of H.sibthorpioides extract is greater than 0.0125 g/mL,it promotes germination of B.pilosa seeds,inhibits germination of P.oleracea and P.annua seeds,and its inhibition effect to P.annua seed germination is greater than that to P.oleracea seed germination.When the concentration of O.corniculata extract is greater than 0.05 g/mL,it has obvious inhibition effect on seed germination,seedling root length and stem length of three tested weeds,and allelopathic synthesis of seedlings is negative.O.corniculata extract with high concentration has significant control effect on drought-tolerant weeds.
