摘要
目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤联合InterTan治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法:选取符合标准的101股骨转子间骨折患者,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组(51例)和对照组(50例)。2组均采用InterTan手术治疗,观察组联合中药汤剂(加味桃红四物汤加减)口服,观察比较2组临床结果。结果:2组患者术后VAS评分均减低,Harris髋关节功能评分均明显增高,与术前相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比,观察组VAS评分、Harris髋关节功能评分改善更明显,且观察组在骨折临床愈合时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组,骨折临床愈合时间组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤治联合InterTAN治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效确切,安全有效,骨折愈合更快,并发症少,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods:101 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures that met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(51 cases)and a control group(50 cases)in the order of treatment.Both groups were treated with InterTan operation.The observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(modified Taohong Siwu decoction)was taken orally,and the clinical results of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The VAS scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and Harris hip function scores were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before surgery(P<0.05);the comparison between the groups,the observation group VAS score,Harris The improvement of hip joint function score was more obvious,and the clinical healing time and the incidence of complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the clinical healing time of the fracture was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with InterTAN is effective,safe and effective in treating intertrochanteric fractures of femur,with faster fracture healing and fewer complications,which is worthy of promotion.
