摘要
针对飞机使用过程中由于缺乏先进的健康管理手段,在民航运行保障领域时常发生重大事故的问题。首先,对国内外飞机健康管理的现状进行分析,突出了国航在飞机健康管理上的重点和举措,并从5个维度指出国内现有飞机健康管理系统的不足。其次,根据飞机运行特点和安全运行目标提出了飞机运行健康管理系统架构,包括健康的飞机支持系统和与飞机运行相关的民航运行业务管理系统。最后,基于民航业务需求提出面向飞机运行的健康管理系统的具体功能和实现内容,为进一步完善民机运行的健康管理系统提供重要参考。这种融入新的要素建立的飞机健康管理系统,是目前飞机健康管理系统的增强型,且真正朝着更加综合化、标准化和智能化的方向发展。
In view of the lack of advanced health management means in the process of aircraft use,serious accidents often occur in the field of civil aviation operation guarantee.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of aircraft health management at home and abroad,highlights the key points and measures of Air China in aircraft health management,and points out the deficiencies of the existing aircraft health management system in China from five dimensions.Secondly,according to the characteristics of aircraft operation and safe operation objectives,the architecture of aircraft operation health management system is proposed,including healthy aircraft support system and civil aviation operation management system related to aircraft operation.Finally,based on the business requirements of civil aviation,the paper proposes the specific functions and implementation contents of the health management system for aircraft operation,which provides important reference for further improving the health management system for civil aircraft operation.The aircraft health management system built with the new elements is an enhanced version of the current aircraft health management system,and it is truly developing towards a more integrated,standardized and intelligent direction.
