摘要
本试验旨在评估不同来源对轻质稻谷品质的影响及其在肉鸡日粮中的应用效果,首先对轻质稻谷的品质进行了检测分析,然后采用单因子随机分组设计,选取1日龄矮脚黄母鸡450只,随机分为3组(对照组和试验1、2组),每组3个重复,每个重复50只鸡,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、2%、4%的轻质稻谷,试验为期72 d。结果表明:不同季节、不同产地、不同储存条件的稻谷品质不一样,尤其玉米赤霉烯酮毒素含量差异较大。试验期末,试验2组与对照组相比,肉鸡的体重、日采食量、平均日增重、料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验1组与对照组相比,日采食量、平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),但肉鸡的体重提高3.3%,料重比降低1.1%(P<0.05);试验1组肉鸡饲料成本最低,表现出较好的经济效益。由此可见,虽然轻质稻谷受玉米赤霉烯酮毒素污染较普遍,大部分超过500μg/kg,但在肉鸡日粮中添加适宜用量可一定程度提高经济效益。
The experiment was designed to study the effects of lightweight paddy from different sources and its application in diet for broilers.Firstly,the quality of lightweight paddy was analyzed.Then a total of 4501-day-old yellow dwarf hens were randomly divided to 3 groups with 3 replicates of 50 each(control group,group 1,group 2).The control group was fed with basal diet and groups 1 and 2 were fed with basal diet added 2%and 4%lightweight paddy.The experiment lasted for 72 days.The results showed that the quality of lightweight paddy varied with the sources,significant difference was observed in the content of zearalenone.Compared with the control group,no significant effects on body weight,average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain and feed gain ratio were observed in group 2(P>0.05).Besides,there were no significant effects on average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain in group 1(P>0.05),but the body weight was increased by 3.3%,feed gain ratio was decreased by 1.1%(P<0.05).Group 1 showed the minimum feed cost and better economic benefit.Therefore,although the contamination of zearalenone was very common in our country(most exceed 500μg/kg),it had a good economic benefit with adding a suitable amount in the diet.
