摘要
广陈皮为我国岭南传统道地药材,药用历史悠久,自明代以来各医家在陈皮用药上即以广东新会为道地来源。广陈皮化学成分复杂,主要活性物质包括黄酮类、生物碱类、多糖类及挥发油等;质量控制方法有光谱法、色谱法及分子生物学方法等。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对广陈皮化学成分及质量控制现状进行归纳与综述,以期为陈皮产业尤其是广陈皮大健康产品开发提供参考。
Citri reticulatae‘Chachi’is a traditional authentic medicine in Lingnan in China.It has a long history of medicinal use.Since the Ming Dynasty,various doctors have used Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from Xinhui Guangdong is the authentic source for their medicine.Citri reticulatae‘Chachi’has complex chemical components.The main active substances include flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides,and volatile oils.Quality control methods include spectrometry,chromatography,and molecular biology methods.This article summarized and reviewed the chemical components and quality control status of Citri reticulatae‘Chachi’by consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign articles,with a view to providing a basis for Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium industry,especially the development of big health products of Citri reticulatae‘Chachi’.
