摘要
将菹草(Potamogeton crispus)植入采集的巢湖底泥中,旨在探究菹草对藻华的防控效果及沉积物的去除效果。结果表明,在生长期菹草有效预防了蓝藻水华的爆发;菹草对底泥TN和TP的去除率分别为72.12%和61.99%;第60天时菹草组上覆水中DO高达20.70 mg/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.01);第100天时四种金属Mn、Zn、Cu和Pb的BSAF值依次为9.27、8.03、6.05和4.64,且不同相态重金属所占比重有显著差异(P<0.01)。但60 d后菹草开始衰亡,其修复效果减弱,因此还应加强组合优化其它水生植物以达到彻底去除巢湖底泥重金属和修复水生态系统的目的。
Potamogeton crispus was implanted into the sediment collected from Chaohu Lake to explore the control effect of P.crispus on algal blooms and the removal effect of sediment pollutants.The results showed that at the growth stage P.crispus effectively prevented the outbreak of cyanobacterial blooms.The removal rates of TN and TP were 72.12%and 61.99%,respectively.On the 60th day,DO in the overlying water of P.crispus group was as high as 20.70 mg/L,significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).On the 100th day,the BSAF value of four metals,Mn,Zn,Cu and Pb,was 9.27,8.03,6.05 and 4.64,respectively.P.crispus can effectively improve sediment environment and prevent blooms.However,after 60 days,P.crispus began to decline and its restoration effect was weakened.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the combination and optimization of other aquatic plants to completely remove heavy metals from sediment of Chaohu Lake and restore its aquatic ecosystem.
