河南省区域物流能力测评及实证研究——基于熵权模糊物元模型 被引量:4

Evaluation and Empirical Research of Regional Logistics Capability Based on Entropy Fuzzy Matter-Element Model——Taking Henan Province as an Example

摘要 基于高质量发展新理念,从经济发展质量、物流创新能力、物流协调能力、物流绿色发展能力和物流共享能力五个维度构建区域物流能力测评指标体系,并基于熵权模糊物元模型对2017年河南省18地市的物流能力进行定量测评。结果表明:高质量发展下河南省地区间物流发展水平不均衡,各分项物流能力差异明显。郑州市物流能力稳居首位,洛阳次之,其他地市相对落后,具有巨大的物流发展潜力。为此,河南省应结合区域物流实际,促进各地区产业升级,加大物流设备的研发与应用,建设资源共享载体,加强地区合作,共建区域物流高质量发展体系。 Based on the new concept of high-quality development,the article builds a regional logistics capability evaluation index system from five dimensions:economic development quality,logistics innovation capability,logistics coordination capability,logistics green development capability and logistics sharing capability.And through the establishment of the entropy weight fuzzy matter-element model,the logistics capacity of 18 cities in Henan Province in 2017 was quantitatively evaluated.The results show that under high-quality development,the logistics development level of Henan Province is uneven,and the logistics capacity of each sub-item is obviously different.Zhengzhou's logistics capacity is ranked first,followed by Luoyang,and other cities are relatively backward,with huge logistics development potential.To this end,Henan Province should combine regional logistics practice,promote industrial upgrading in various regions,increase research and development and application of logistics equipment,build resource sharing carriers,strengthen regional cooperation,and jointly build a regional logistics high-quality development system.
