摘要
对于大中型油田的阶梯开发上产,需要根据油藏的开发计划来进行新建地面设施的调整性规划。在伊拉克某增产改造项目中,按照新增产能类、升级改造类、功能完整类三部分内容进行新项目的安排,并设置衔接类项目和维护提升类项目作为补充,按照项目的相互关联情况以及实施逻辑,对所有规划项目的实施顺序进行排序,按照油藏含水率上升速度来规划地面工程建设项目,避免重复建设,提升地面系统适应性,减少原油生产损失,满足增产的需求。
For step development of large and middle size oilfield,an adjustable overall plan of new surface facilities shall be prepared depending on reservoir development plan.An Iraqi oil field project arranged new projects according to existing production issues,followed three categories of new production,facilities upgrading and function completion as well as tie-in and maintenance improvement project acting as complementary.Finally,sorting all planned projects based on logical relationships of project development and execution,also,according to speed of reservoir water cut rising,all of the projects aimed at improving system suitability and reducing production loss were planned to avoid duplication and meet with production increase request.
