摘要 基于碳纤维增强环氧树脂,进行新能源汽车底盘后纵臂轻量化设计。就后纵臂力学性能相关要求,基于选材、优化设计、仿真模拟等方面,深入碳纤维增强环氧树脂后纵臂成型工艺。结果表明,碳纤维增强环氧树脂后纵臂质量相对较轻,与金属件相比减轻约30%;碳纤维增强环氧树脂新能源汽车底盘后纵臂成型最佳工艺为热模压工艺,制造的零部件外观优美,质量突出,符合设计应用具体要求;热模压成型工艺具备较高可行性,可以在很大程度上为高强度、轻质量底盘零件研发生产奠定技术支持。 Based on carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin,the rear longitudinal arm lightweight design of new energy vehicle chassis is carried out.According to the requirements of mechanical properties of rear longitudinal arm,based on material selection,optimization design,simulation and other aspects,the molding process of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin rear longitudinal arm is deeply studied.The results show that the weight of the rear longitudinal arm of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin is relatively light,which is reduced by about 30% compared with the metal parts,and the optimum forming process of the rear longitudinal arm of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin new energy vehicle chassis is hot molding process,the appearance of the parts is beautiful and the quality is outstanding,which meets the specific requirements of design and application.The hot molding process has high feasibility and can lay technical support for the development and production of high strength and light weight chassis parts to a great extent.
