摘要
目的评价分析中医护理对支气管哮喘患者生活质量以及预后的影响。方法将医院确诊收治的89例支气管哮喘患者随机数字法分为两组,对照组42例:常规护理,观察组47例:中医护理,对比分析不同护理对患者生活质量以及预后的影响。结果观察组治疗后的焦虑、抑郁评分、中医症状积分、住院费用以及住院时间、各项生活质量评分低于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医护理应用于支气管哮喘治疗中,可有效改善患者的症状以及生活质量,促患者病情早日康复,护理实施效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the impact of TCM nursing on quality of life and prognosis in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 89 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups:42 patients in the control group:routine nursing,47 patients in the observation group:Chinese medicine nursing,comparative analysis of the impact of different nursing on patients'quality of life and prognosis.Results The anxiety,depression score,TCM symptom score,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients'condition.The effect of nursing implementation is remarkable.
