摘要
通过对2010-2018年深圳市、苏州市和沈阳市专利申请情况的统计分析,总结归纳这三个城市各自的专利发展特点。分析这三个城市各自技术创新与新技术发展的特点,结果表明这三个城市的专利发展不均衡、核心专利方向不一样、但有同质化趋势。根据技术发展周期理论,利用三市九年专利申请数据,分别对三个城市的技术成熟度进行计算分析,结果表明三个城市的技术创新趋于饱和,其中沈阳的新技术发展水平低于另外两个城市。构建内生增长回归模型,利用专利申请数据,回归分析得到不同区域的专利申请影响因素。最后,根据计算分析的结果,对不同特点的区域创新体系提出对策建议。
Through the statistical analysis of the patent applications of Shenzhen,Suzhou and Shenyang in 2010-2018,this paper summarizes the characteristics of each of these three cities.By analyzing the characteristics of each cities'technological innovation and new technology development,we obtain the conclusion that the patent development of these three different cities is not balanced,and the core patent direction is different,but there is a homogenization trend.According to the Technology Development Cycle Theory,using the patent application data of the three cities for the past seven years,the technical maturity of the three cities is calculated and analyzed.It is seen that the technological innovation of the three cities tends to be saturated,and the new technology level of Shenyang is lower than the other two cities.Constructing an endogenous growth regression model and using patent application data,we obtain the influencing factors of patent applications in different regions through regression analysis.Finally,based on the results of the calculation and analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the regional innovation system with different characteristics are proposed.
