互花米草叶绿素荧光参数对盐胁迫的响应 被引量:4

摘要 设计盐胁迫梯度培养互花米草(Spartina alterniflora),研究互花米草叶绿体色素含量及叶绿素荧光参数对盐胁迫的响应。结果表明,盐浓度大于20 g/L时,叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、类胡萝卜素(Car)、叶绿素总量(Chla+Chlb)含量显著提高;盐浓度介于4~20 g/L时,叶绿素a/b(Chla/b)及类胡萝卜素/总叶绿素(Car/Chl)值随着盐浓度的升高而增加,当盐浓度达到40 g/L时下降。不同的盐胁迫条件下互花米草叶绿素荧光参数差异显著,叶片量子产量(Yield)、相对光合电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)值分别介于0.52~0.64、49.9~57.4μmol electron/(m2·s)、0.787~0.856、0.191~0.424。盐浓度介于2~40 g/L时互花米草Yield、ETR随着盐浓度的增加而增加;当盐浓度大于40 g/L时叶片ETRmax值降低。qP和qN值在盐浓度大于等于20 g/L时明显增加是互花米草保护光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的重要机制。在2~40 g/L盐浓度范围内,互花米草光合作用增强,抵抗盐胁迫;当盐浓度大于40 g/L时,光合作用受到抑制,抵抗能力下降。 Spartina alterniflora was cultured under series of salt stress reatments,to study the responses of its photosynthetic pigment and fluorescence photosynthesis parameters to salt stress.The results show as follows:pigments(Chla,Chlb,Car,Chla+Chlb) content in the leaves increases with the increasing salinity at a range of 0~20g·L-1and the Chla/b and Car/Chl increases with increasing salinity at 4~20g·L-1 while declined at salinity of more than 40g·L-1.Moreover,fluorescent kinetic parameters of S.alterniflora exhibits significant differences along salinity gradient.The parameters of Yield,ETR,qp,qN are observed at ranges of 0.52 ~0.64,49.9~57.4μmol electron/(m2·s),0.787~0.856,0.191~0.424,respectively.Yield and ETR increases with the salinity at 2~40g·L-1 while ETRmax decreases at salinity of higher than 40g·L-1.The qP and qN significantly increases when the salinity is higher than 20g·L-1showing the protection capacity for the PS Ⅱ system.Generally,photosynthesis in S.alterniflora is enhanced to relieve the salt stress within salinity of 2 ~40 g·L-1,whereas,when the salinity is higher than 40 g·L-1,the photosynthesis resistance to salt stress are inhibited.
