摘要
体育赛事服务是政府向社会购买服务的主体部分,以独立的第三方维度对政府购买体育赛事服务的全流程环节展开满意度绩效评价,有助于发现问题及厘清今后工作重点。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、FUZZY-IPA和数理统计等方法,构建了5项准则层指标和25项要素层指标的评价体系。从综合评价结果看,参赛者对政府购买体育赛事服务整体满意度评价介于一般与满意之间,单一指标未能达到满意水平,当前重点需要解决的环节是配套服务方面。根据IPA四象限原理和反馈结果,提出优化的四点建议。
Sports event service is the main part of the government's purchase of services from the society.The satisfaction performance evaluation of the whole process of government's purchase of sports event service from an independent third-party dimension will help to identify problems and clarify future work priorities.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,fuzzy IPA and mathematical statistics,the evaluation system of five criteria level indexes and 25 factor level indexes is constructed.From the comprehensive evaluation results,the overall satisfaction evaluation of the participants to the government's purchase of sports event services lies between the general and the satisfaction,and a single index fails to reach the satisfaction level.At present,the key link to be solved is the supporting services.According to the four quadrant principle and feedback results of IPA,four suggestions for optimization are put forward.
