摘要
小儿脑瘫属于非进行性脑损伤综合征,具有发病率高、致残率高和死亡率高的特点,该病严重影响患儿的生长发育,也给家庭及社会带来了非常沉重的负担。针刺治疗小儿脑瘫具有确切的疗效,但其作用机制尚未完全阐明,因此,探究针刺干预脑性瘫痪的作用机制对于脑性瘫痪的治疗具有重要意义。针刺治疗脑瘫模型可影响神经系统特异性蛋白、脑白质神经纤维束以及神经递质和氨基酸,减少神经细胞凋亡,促进神经干细胞的增殖分化,但其他机制还有待进一步研究。本研究就针刺治疗脑瘫的作用机制作一综述,为临床治疗小儿脑性瘫痪提供依据。
Cerebral palsy in children is a non-progressive brain injury syndrome,which has the characteristics of high incidence,high disability rate and high mortality.The disease seriously affects the growth and development of children,and also lays a huge burden on family and society.Acupuncture has a good curative effect on children with cerebral palsy,but its action mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of acupuncture intervention for cerebral palsy is of great significance for the treatment of cerebral palsy.Acupuncture can affect the nervous system-specific protein,white matter nerve fiber bundles,neurotransmitters and amino acids in the treatment of cerebral palsy,it can reduce neuronal apoptosis,and promote the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells,but other mechanisms need further studying.This study reviewed the action mechanism of acupuncture in treating cerebral palsy,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment of cerebral palsy in children.
