紫外分光光度法测定栀子中绿原酸含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立栀子中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以60%乙醇为空白,在波长329nm处测定绿原酸含量。结果绿原酸在(2.5-15)μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9993),回归方程y=0.0457x+0.0005,平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD为2.7%。结论紫外分光光度法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可作为栀子中绿原酸含量测定的方法。 Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in gardenia.Methods:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used with 60%ethanol as the blank to measure the chlorogenic acid content at a wavelength of 329 nm.Results:Chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship(r=0.9993)in the range of 2.5 to15μg/mL.Regression equation was y=0.0457 x+0.0005 and the average sample recovery rate was 98.1%,and RSD was 2.7%.Conclusion:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used as a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in gardenia.
