超低温储存消毒杀虫剂的复配及效果观察 被引量:3

Observation on the effect of dual disinfection-insecticide compound in ultra-low temperature storage

摘要 目的观察一种二元浓缩超低温储存消毒杀虫复配剂的抗菌杀虫效果。方法采用压印法、棉拭涂抹法和计数测定法,对该消毒杀虫复配剂除菌效果和杀虫效果进行评价。将杀虫剂与增效剂等充分混匀组成A组,将消毒剂与表面活性剂等助剂充分混合组成B组,使用前A、B组分1∶1混合,根据需要50倍稀释。结果该制剂的A成分包括溴氰菊酯、生物烯丙菊酯等,B成分含三氯生、磷酸氢二钠、亚硝酸钠,置于-20℃存放1周未冻结。A、B组分混合后的消毒杀虫复配剂对手上细菌的除菌率为99.4%。该复配剂对淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊的24 h死亡率均达到100%。结论该超低温储存消毒杀虫剂在-20℃下不冻结,具备较好的抗菌杀虫效果。 Objective To observe the antibacterial and insecticidal effect of a dual concentrated disinfection-insecticide compound in ultra-low temperature storage.Methods Imprinting method,cotton swabbing method and counting method were used to evaluate the disinfection effect and insecticidal effect of the disinfection-insecticide compound.Insecticides and synergistic emulsions and other agents were thoroughly mixed to form component A,and disinfectants and surfactants and other auxiliary agents were fully mixed to form component B.Component A and B were mixed as 1∶1 before using,and diluted 50 times as needed.Results Component A of the formulation included deltamethrin,bioallyl,etc.and component B contained triclosan,disodium hydrogen phosphate,sodium nitrite,and were stored at-20℃for one week without freezing.After component A and B were mixed,the disinfection rate of the disinfection-insecticide compound was 99.4%for bacteria on hands.The 24-hour mortality of the compound against Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus reached 100%.Conclusion The ultra-low temperature disinfection-insecticide compound can be stored at-20℃without freezing,and has a good antibacterial and insecticidal effect.
