摘要
我国很多大型燃煤发电站使用的锅炉存在锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀现象,因为大部分锅炉采用低氮燃烧系统。水冷壁高温腐蚀的根本原因是煤中硫含量高,未燃尽煤粉冲刷水冷壁,形成局部还原性气体,使得锅炉腐蚀。而使用风膜式贴壁风就可以很好地防止还原性气氛的出现,以免锅炉被腐蚀。
Many boilers used in large coal-fired power plants in China have high-temperature corrosion of the boiler water wall,because most boilers use low-nitrogen combustion systems.The root cause of high temperature corrosion of water wall is the high sulfur content in coal,unburned coal powder scours the water wall and forms local reducing gas,which makes the boiler corrode.The use of wind-membrane wall-mounted wind can well prevent the appear⁃ance of a reducing atmosphere to prevent the boiler from being corroded.
