摘要
为了探讨精神科临床护理教学中护生人文素养的培养,以传统的“传、帮、带”为基础,将PBL、情景模拟、“案例”“角色扮演”“情景剧”等综合教学模式应用于精神科临床护理教学中。结果发现,综合教学模式不仅使护生对抽象的精神专科知识有了全面立体的理解,促进其建立临床思维模式,还能够提高护生独立思考及解决问题的能力,有利于其掌握精神科的沟通交流技巧及安全防范技能,更好地落实人文关怀。因此,在精神科临床护理带教中,综合教学模式可加深护生对精神专科知识的理解和转化,帮助其消除恐惧心理,完成角色转换;使护生能够深刻地理解、关心和尊重精神病患者,从而以人性化的方式护理精神病患者。
psychiatric knowledge,promotes establishment of clinical thinking mode,but also improves their ability to think independently and solve problems,helps them master the communication skills and safety prevention skills of the psychiatric department,and implements humanistic care.Therefore,the comprehensive teaching mode can deepen the understanding and transformation of the knowledge of psychiatric specialty,help nursing students to eliminate the fear and complete the role transformation,make students to understand,care for and respect mental patients,and to care for them in a humane way in the clinical nursing teaching of psychiatric department.
