磺酸盐型紫外光固化水性聚氨酯的合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 以1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚(XY-632)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为原料制备了光固化大分子单体(UVPE),并以所制备的UVPE、聚碳酸酯二元醇(T5651)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、磺酸盐聚酯(BY-3306D)、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为封端剂,制备了磺酸盐型紫外光固化水性聚氨酯树脂。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)对其结构进行了表征;研究了UVPE含量、CHDM/TMP质量比、BY-3306D含量以及固化时间对胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:当UVPE质量分数为10%,CHDM与TMP质量比为1∶1,BY-3306D质量分数为30%时所制得的乳液稳定性好,光固化后的胶膜具有光泽高、不黄变、硬度高的优点;吸水率为6.4%,耐乙醇擦拭次数>100次,最佳紫外光固化时间为30 s,具有良好的耐乙醇性。 The UV curable macromonomer(UVPE)was prepared from 1,6-hexanediol diglycidyl ether(XY-632)and methacrylic acid(MAA).Double bond terminated ultraviolet light curable sulfonate-based waterborne polyurethane resins were synthesized using prepared UVPE,polycarbonate glycol(T5651),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dihydroxy sulfonate polyester(BY-3306D),1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)and trimethylolpropane(TMP)as monomers,and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)for the end capping agent.The structure of resins was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM)and Thermogravimetric Analysis/Differential Scanning Calorimetry(TGA/DSC).The effect of UVPE content,CHDM/TMP ratio,BY-3306D content and curing time on the properties of the film was studied.The results presented that the prepared dispersion showed good stability and the UV-cured film showed high gloss,no yellowing and high hardness,when the content of UVPE was 10%,the ratio of CHDM/TMP was 1/1,and the dosage of BY-3306D was 30%.The water absorption rate was 6.4%,alcoholresistant round-rub times was 100+,the best UV curing time was 30 s,and it provided good water resistance and ethanol resistance.
