基于花生感官品质的核心种质资源构建 被引量:2

Construction of Core Resource for Peanut Germplasms Based on Indicators of Sensory Quality

摘要 以480份花生种质资源为试验材料,按照荚果形状将15个标准化的数据进行分组,取样比例按20%进行,采用欧式距离构建了96份核心种质资源。对构建的核心种质与原始种质的变异范围、平均值、标准差、变异系数和多样性指数的表现进行分析,说明核心种质与原始种质的变异范围、均值基本相同,核心种质的变异系数除蛋白外,均高于原始种质;从核心种质与原始种质各性状的符合率来看,所有性状的变异系数均达到90%以上,多样性指数的符合率平均在89.6%以上,最高符合率达到99.95%,遗传多样性丰富。结果表明,本研究建立的核心种质是有效的,能够代表原始种质。该构建策略为花生感官品质核心种质的高效利用奠定了基础。 480 peanut germplasm resources were grouped according to type of pod,based on 15 standardized phenotypic data,samples were taken at 20%from group,and core collection of 96 germplasm was constructed with euclidean distance.Variation range,average,standard deviation,variation coefficient and diversity between core collection and original germplasm were analyzed.Variation range and average were basically same,except for protein,variation coefficient of core collection was higher than original germplasm,and in terms of coincidence rate,the variation coefficient of all characters was more than 90%,average of diversity was more than 89.6%,the highest was 99.95%,genetic diversity was abundant.The results indicated that the core collection in this study was effective and could represent the original germplasms.This construction strategy laid a foundation for efficient utilization of sensory quality peanut core collection.
