摘要
本文以Esaote Mylab One便携式彩超为例,阐述了便携式彩超发射端电路工作原理,并对2个典型故障进行分析。根据自检出错信息和故障影像特征的提示,逐个排查相关电路,明确故障位置,修复了脉冲发射电路和高压复用开关电路的故障。便携式彩超集成化程度高,维修难度大,通过观察自检过程和分析故障影像特征,可快速判断故障,降低修理成本,确保设备正常工作。
Taking Esaote Mylab One portable color ultrasound as an example,this paper expounded the working principle of the transmitter circuit of the portable color ultrasound,and analyzed two typical faults.According to the self check error information and fault image features,the relevant circuits were checked one by one,the fault location was determined,and the faults of the pulse transmitting circuit and the high-voltage multiplexing switch circuit were repaired.The portable color ultrasound is highly integrated and difficult to maintain.By observing the self inspection process and analyzing the characteristics of fault image,it can quickly judge the fault,reduce the repair cost and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
