摘要
针对一种汽轮机振动信号远方在线故障分析所面临的信息转储不畅的问题,采用目前流行的云数据库技术,实现发电厂到专家诊断中心的信息转储.结合现有采集系统的软件架构和实现技术,提出采用云数据库实现信息转储的解决方案,重点考虑了振动信息转储的性能保证,包括信息的完整性、及时性和安全性,并采用了相应的技术手段来保证这些指标.实验室验证测试表明,采集系统的振动信息能够转储至诊断中心的数据库,相关性能指标也能得到有效保证.
Aiming at the problem of poor information dumping in the remote online fault analysis of a turbine vibration signal,we use the current popular cloud database technology to realize information dumping from power plants to expert diagnostic centers.Combining the software architecture and implementation technology of existing acquisition systems,we propose a solution for information dump using cloud database,then mainly consider the performance guarantee of vibration information dump,including the integrity,timeliness,and safety of information.The corresponding technical means are used to ensure these indicators.Laboratory validation tests show that the vibration information of the acquisition system can be effectively dumped to the database of the diagnostic center,and the relevant performance indicators can also be effectively guaranteed.
