摘要
基于流体动力学理论,建立U形管道气液两相流模型,采用数值模拟法分析了缓蚀剂在管道内的分布规律,探究了管径、入口速度、缓蚀剂体积分数、液滴直径、黏度对缓蚀剂分布规律的影响。实验结果表明,由于重力因素,缓蚀剂在水平管道顶部的含率逐渐下降,在水平管道底部的含率逐渐增加;在弯管处天然气会产生二次流动现象,在二次漩涡与重力共同作用下使缓蚀剂在下弯管顶部含率逐渐增大,在上弯管顶部含率逐渐减小;当管径、入口速度、黏度越大,缓蚀剂体积分数、液滴直径越小时,缓蚀剂沿着管道轴向方向含率变化相对较小,在径向位置处管道顶部与管道底部含率差值较小,有利于缓蚀剂在管道中均匀分布;在实际工程中,应通过控制缓蚀剂体积分数调整缓蚀剂在输气管道中的分布状况,这种做法操作简单,而且成本低、效果明显。
Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,a gas-liquid two-phase flow model for U-shaped pipelines was established.The distribution law of the corrosion inhibitor in the pipeline was analyzed by numerical simulation.The effects of tube diameter,inlet velocity,inhibitor volume fraction,droplet diameter,and viscosity on the distribution law of inhibitors were explored.The test results show that due to the gravity factor,the liquid content of the corrosion inhibitor at the top of the horizontal pipeline gradually decreases,and the liquid content of the bottom of the horizontal pipeline gradually increases;natural gas will produce a secondary flow phenomenon at the bend;affected by the secondary vortex and gravity,the liquid content of the corrosion inhibitor at the top of the lower bend gradually increases,and the liquid content of the top of the upper bend gradually decreases;when the pipe diameter,inlet velocity and viscosity are greater,the volume fraction of inhibitor and droplet diameter are smaller,the change of liquid content of inhibitor along the axial direction of pipeline is relatively small.At the radial position,the difference between the content of the top of the pipeline and the bottom of the pipeline is smaller,which is beneficial to the uniform distribution of the inhibitor.In the project,the distribution of the inhibiter in the gas pipeline should be adjusted by controlling the volume fraction of the inhibiter.This method is simple in operation,low in cost and obvious in effect.
