摘要
做好高职院校学生资助育人工作是实现教育公平的有效措施,同时也关乎家庭经济困难学生的健康成长成才。随着社会的发展,学生群体的状况在不断变化,救济型的资助体系已不能满足当下家庭经济困难学生的成长需求。通过细化资助项目、发挥社团育人作用、加强信息管理系统的应用、建立健全信息反馈机制等方式,构建以受助学生的发展为导向的发展型资助育人模式,旨在为高职院校资助育人工作的转变提供帮助,推动高职院校资助育人水平的不断提升。
Development-oriented financial assistance in higher vocational colleges is an effective measure to realize the fairness of education.It is also related to the healthy growth of students with economic difficulties.With constant changes in student groups generated by continuous development of the society,the relief-oriented financial assistance system has failed to meet the needs of contemporary students.This paper discusses the construction of the education mode on the basis of development-oriented financial assistance that focuses on the growth of assisted students.And suggestions are offered from the following aspects:refining subsidizing projects,giving full play to the educational role of college clubs,strengthening the application of information management system,and establishing and improving information feedback mechanism,aimed at promoting the transformation and enhancing the level of higher vocational college education with financial assistance.
