环境条件影响CFRP材料剪切性能的试验研究

摘要 碳纤维增强复合材料作为一种性能优越的复合材料,在航空航天、建筑工程、医疗卫生等领域有着广泛应用,但碳纤维增强复合材料的性能会受到温度、湿度、含盐量等环境条件的影响。基于正交实验方法设计实验流程,通过开展预实验确定实验要素,在此基础上开展了基于不同温度、湿度、含盐量条件下试件的剪切力学性能测试,研究了不同环境条件下材料剪切力学性能的变化规律,从而为该类碳纤维复合材料工程应用提供数据支撑。 Carbon Fibre-Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) was applied widely in aerospace,architectural engineering,health care and other domains for its superior performance.In engineer application,the properties of CFRP were affected by environment condition inevitably,such as temperature,humidity and salinity.In this paper,the experiment process was designed based on orthogonal experiment method.First,the experiment parameters were determined in the pre-experiment,and then the shear mechanical properties based on different temperature,humidity and salinity were tested.The change rule of shear mechanical properties in various environmental condition was studied.The experiment data would be beneficial for engineering application of CFRP.
