摘要
通过分析大尺寸高温轴承零件工况及受力,提出了高温零件的设计要求,解决了在工艺实施过程中出现的氮化变形工艺难题。实践证明,该设计思路正确,实现方法结构简单,有效解决了大尺寸超薄高温零件的设计工艺难题,方法实用,可操作性强。
This paper presents the design requirements of high temperature parts by analyzing the working conditions and forces of large size high temperature bearing parts,the problem of nitriding deformation during the process implementation is solved.The practice proves that the design idea is correct,the realization method is simple,and the design process problem of large-size and ultra-thin high-temperature parts is effectively solved.The method is practical and the Operability is strong.
