摘要
以再生涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)为主要研究对象,用分散红FB、分散黄E 3G和分散蓝2BLN这3种低温型分散染料分别对物理法、化学法再生涤纶DTY织物与原生涤纶DTY织物的染色性能进行研究。通过单因素法考察了染色温度、染料浓度和保温时间对分散染料上染3种涤纶DTY织物的K/S值与上染百分率的影响。结果表明:物理法再生涤纶DTY织物的染色性能优于原生与化学法再生涤纶DTY织物,而化学法再生和原生涤纶DTY织物的染色性能相差不大,前者稍低;3种涤纶DTY织物分别在染色温度120℃、染料用量2%(o.w.f)、保温时间40 min时具有较好的染色深度与较高的上染百分率。
The dyeing properties of physical recycled,chemical recycled and virgin polyester draw texturing yarn(DTY)fabrics were studied by using 3 kinds of low-temperature disperse dyes:disperse red FB,disperse yellow E-3G and disperse blue 2BLN.The effects of dyeing temperature,dye concentration and holding time on the K/S value and dye-uptake of the 3 kinds of polyester DTY fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the dyeing property of physical recycled polyester DTY fabric is the best among the three kinds of fabrics,while the dyeing property of chemical recycled polyester DTY fabric is slightly better than the dyeing prperty of virgin polyester DTY fabric;when the dyeing temperature was 120℃,the dye concentration was 2%(o.w.f)and the holding time was 40 min,all 3 kinds of polyester DTY fabrics had good color strength and higher dye-uptake.
