摘要
足球课程是我国高校体育教学体系中的重要内容,其教学质量的高低不仅影响学生的身体素质和学习效果,同时也影响高校体育教学事业的发展水平。由此可见,足球教学在高校体育教学中具有举足轻重的地位。然而,目前我国一些高校在足球教学方面还存在诸多问题,在一定程度上限制了高校足球教学效果的有效提升。因此,在当前我国体育教学改革进程不断深入的形势下,探索科学有效的教学模式来提升大学生的综合素质,已经成为当前我国高校体育教学中亟需解决的重要课题。基于此,本文首先对当前我国高校足球教学中普遍存在的实际问题进行分析,然后提出足球课内外一体化教学模式,以期能够更好地解决当前我国高校足球教学中所存在的问题,从而为我国高校足球教学水平的提升提供一定的理论帮助。
Football course is an important part of the physical education system in Colleges and universities in China.Its teaching quality not only a ffects the physical quality a nd learning effect of s tudents,but a lso a ffects the development level of physical education in Colleges and universities.Therefore,football teaching plays an important role in college physical education.However,at present,there are still many problems in football teaching in some colleges and universities in China,which to some extent limits the effective promotion of football teaching effect in Colleges and universities.Therefore,in the current situation of deepening the process of physical education reform in China,exploring scientif ic and effective teaching mode to improve the comprehensive quality of college students has become an important issue to be solved in the current physical education teaching in Colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper f irst analyzes the practical problems existing in the current football teaching in Colleges and universities in China,and then puts forward the integrated teaching mode of football in and out of class,in order to better solve the problems existing in the current football teaching in Colleges and universities in China,so as to provide some theoretical help for the improvement of the level of football teaching in Colleges and universities in China.
