摘要
目的评估综合护理干预对老年焦虑症伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者心理、睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法2017年1月~2018年12月在东莞市第七人民医院进行数据的收集,将患者随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组,收集患者的焦虑状况、生活质量和睡眠质量等信息。结果本研究共纳入200例患者,每组100例。治疗前,两组的焦虑、睡眠质量和生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗两周后,常规护理组和综合护理组的焦虑、睡眠质量、总睡眠时间、深度睡眠时间和生活质量均出现了一定程度的改善(P<0.05),综合护理组的改善优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以显著改善老年焦虑伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的心理、睡眠质量、睡眠时间和生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychology,sleep quality and quality of life of elderly patients with anxiety disorder and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Data were collected at the Seventh People’s Hospital of Dongguan from January 2017 to December 2018.Patients were randomly divided into the conventional nursing group and the comprehensive nursing group.The information on the patient’s precedent status,quality of life,and sleep quality were collected.Results A total of 200 patients were included in this study,with 100 in each group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anxiety,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After two weeks of treatment,anxiety,sleep quality,total sleep time,deep sleep time,and quality of life in both groups improved to some extent(P<0.05),and the comprehensive nursing group was better than the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychology,sleep quality,sleep time and quality of life of elderly patients with anxiety and OSAHS.
