构树发酵饲料对肉牛肥育性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Broussonetia Papyrifera Fermented Diet on Fattening Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Beef Cattle

摘要 为研究构树发酵饲料对肉牛肥育性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,选择体重462.38 kg±48.15 kg、生长发育正常的健康育肥牛(西门塔尔牛×本地黄牛)16头,随机分为2组,每组8个重复(公母各半),每个重复1头牛。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组用构树发酵饲料替代基础饲粮中30%的酒糟。预试期5 d,正试期25 d。结果表明:试验组肉牛的平均干物质日采食量和平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肉牛的屠宰率、眼肌面积、pH值、营养成分含量和矿物质含量与对照组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明用构树发酵饲料替代30%酒糟饲喂育肥期肉牛,能显著提高其肥育性能,对其屠宰性能和肉品质无不良影响。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Broussonetia papyrifera fermented diet on fattening performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of beef cattle. Sixteen beef cattles(Simmental cattle×Yellow breed)with body weight of 462.38 kg±48.15 kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 repetitions per group and 1 cattle in each repetition.The experiment lasted for 25 days,control group was fed a basal diet,and Broussonetia papyrifera fermented diet was used in experimental group to replace 30% distiller’s grains on the basal diet.The results showed as follows:the average daily dry matter intake(ADMI)and the average daily gain(ADG)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group(P>0.05)in slaughter performance and meat quality.In conclusion,in this experiment condition,Broussonetia papyrifera fermented diet replace 30% distiller’s grains was fed in beef cattle,could improve fattening performance,but there was no adverse effect on slaughter performance and meat quality.
