摘要
小微文化企业作为我国文化以及相关产业的中坚力量,承担着活跃市场和传播文化的双重职能,但同时也成为小微文化企业进一步发展的双重枷锁。小微型规模和文化产业创新难度使得小微文化企业在资金上容易短缺,且缺乏有形财产出质以获得融资,无形资产融资的服务体系又不健全,小微文化企业的融资状况确实堪忧。在国家高度关注、政策重大利好的环境下,小微文化企业知识产权融资质押状况确有所改善,但要解决小微文化企业知识产权融资难的问题,究其根本还是要分析造成困境的成因,在分析成因的基础上提升小微文化企业的自身素质,构建法律、金融、市场等要素在内的综合扶持体系,以期调整小微文化企业的融资结构和融资状况。
As the backbone of China’s culture and related industries,Xiaowei’s cultural enterprises bear the dual functions of active market and communication culture,but at the same time they have become the double shackles for the further development of small and micro-cultural enterprises.The difficulty of small-scale and cultural industry in⁃novation makes small and micro-cultural enterprises vulnerable to shortage of funds and lack of tangible property to obtain financing.The service system of intangible assets financing is not perfect,and the financing situation of small and micro-cultural enterprises is indeed worrying.Under the environment of high national concern and significant poli⁃cy,the pledge of intellectual property financing of small and micro-cultural enterprises has indeed improved,but to solve the problem of intellectual property financing difficulties of small and micro-cultural enterprises,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the difficulties.On the basis of analyzing the causes,the small micro-cultural enterprises will be upgraded to build their own comprehensive support systems,including legal,financial,market and other fac⁃tors,with a view to adjusting the financing structure and financing status of small and micro-cultural enterprises.
