建筑部品与构配件典型接口尺寸研究

摘要 要实现建筑部品与构配件的通用性和互换性,需同时满足2个标准化:一是部品与构配件自身尺寸的标准化,二是接口尺寸的标准化。结合建筑部品和构配件的分类与编码标准GB/T 51269-2017《建筑信息模型分类和编码标准》和《装配式建筑部品部件分类和编码标准》(报批稿),以及接口研究需要,建立了对建筑部品与构配件接口分类和编码方法与原则,并从中选取装配式建筑4大系统内及系统间的数个典型接口,聚焦接口尺寸的标准化问题进行接口尺寸研究。 In order to achieve the universality and interchangeability of building parts and components,in addition to the standardization of gap performance and form,it also needs to satisfy two standardization at the same time:The standardization of the self-dimensions of parts and components,and the standardization of the dimensions of the gap between parts and components.Based on“Standard for Classification and Coding of Building Information Model”(GB/T 51269—2017)and“Standard for Classification and Coding of Prefabricated Building Component Parts”(approval document),this paper establishes the classification,coding standards and coding principles of the gap between building parts and components.Several typical gaps among the four major systems of the prefabricated building are selected,focusing on the problem of the gap dimension standardization.
