摘要
以西安武隆航天酒店项目基础筏板大体积混凝土工程为背景,提出大体积混凝土冬期施工的动态养护技术,并通过现场监测对其养护温度场进行了研究。结果显示,养护初期,混凝土中层温度较高,随着混凝土表面热交换的进行,降温过程中逐渐形成了下层温度高,上层温度低的温度梯度;混凝土温度到达峰值的时间主要出现在混凝土浇筑完成后41~47h,峰值温度可达72. 9℃;由于养护初期混凝土与环境会形成较大的温度梯度,此时降温区间的混凝土降温速率较快;当环境气温突变时,各测点上层温度曲线的波动明显,混凝土表面温度受大气环境影响显著。动态养护技术可以较好地控制大体积混凝土的内外温差,防止早期开裂。
Based on the foundation raft mass concrete project of Xi’an Wulong Aerospace Hotel,the dynamic maintenance technology of mass concrete construction in winter is put forward,and its curing temperature field through on-site monitoring is studied.The results show that the temperature of the middle layer of concrete is higher in the early stage of curing.With the heat exchange of concrete surface,the temperature gradient of the lower layer is higher and the upper layer is lower gradually.The time when the concrete temperature reaches the peak value mainly occurs in 41~47 hours after the completion of concrete pouring,and the maximum peak temperature can reach 72.9℃.Because of the large temperature gradient between the concrete and the environment in the early stage of curing,the cooling rate of concrete in the cooling zone is faster.When the ambient temperature suddenly changes,the upper temperature curve of each measuring point fluctuates obviously,and the concrete surface temperature is significantly affected by the atmospheric environment.Dynamic curing technology can better control the temperature difference between inside and outside of mass concrete and prevent early cracking.
