摘要 油气管道完整性管理作为一种主动预防性风险管理,是管道风险事故防控的有效手段。通过建设长输管道完整性管理信息系统,将完整性管理理论与管线业务实践相结合,实现了提高管线完整性管理水平和管线事故风险有效控制的目的。总结了当前国内外管道企业在数据管理、风险监测、作业管理、风险评价等完整性管理信息系统功能建设现状,通过对比分析中国油气管道建设的不足。结合当前国情与现状,展望了未来发展方向。 Integrity management of oil and gas pipeline is an active preventive risk management, it is an effective means to prevent and control pipeline risk accidents. Through constructing long distance transportation pipeline integrity management information system,combining the integrity management theory and pipeline business practice, the target of pipeline integrated management level and pipeline risk efficient control is realized. The current construction statuses of integrity management information system in data management, risk monitoring, operation management, risk assessment and so on in domestic and foreign pipeline enterprises is summarized. The deficiencies of oil and gas pipeline construction in China is found through comparing and analyzing. The future development direction based on the current national condition is put forward.
