摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为共聚单体,过硫酸钾为自由基引发剂,采用微流体技术及物理包覆方法,制备了包覆海藻酸钠疏水膜的PAM基暂堵剂凝胶颗粒P(AA-AM)@SA,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、数码照片、热重分析仪(TGA)对其进行了表征,研究了不同制备条件下暂堵剂的吸水溶胀性能、暂堵性能。结果表明,感温型P(AA-AM)@SA暂堵剂凝胶颗粒在模拟地层环境条件下能够实现“调而不堵,堵而不死”的要求。当海藻酸钠(SA)浓度为2%时,暂堵剂的吸水性能最佳,且有一定的耐盐能力、热稳定性。
Using acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA)as copolymer monomer and potassium persulfate(K2S2O8)as radical initiator,PAM based temporary plugging agent P(AA-AM)@SA coated sodium alginate hydrophobic film was prepared by microfluidic technology and physical coating method.The structure,morphology and thermostability of the P(AA-AM)@SA were characterized by means of FTIR,digital photograph and TGA.The water absorption and swelling properties of temporary plugging agents were studied under different preparation conditions.The results show that the temperature-sensitive P(AA-AM)@SA temporary plugging agent gel particles were prepared,and the requirements of“adjusting without plugging,plugging without dying”were achieved under simulated formation environment conditions.When the concentration of sodium alginate(SA)was 2%,the temporary plugging agent had the best water absorption performance,and the gel particles had a certain salt tolerance,and thermal stability.
