摘要
术后深静脉血栓形成是临床较为常见的问题,其预防意义大于治疗。压力治疗相比药物治疗而言,其疗效确切,应用范围更加广泛,临床应用意义重大。本文对压力治疗在预防术后深静脉血栓形成中的相关指南推荐、具体治疗方法的分类、在各类手术中的应用情况及注意事项进行总结。
Postoperative deep venous thrombosis is a common clinical problem,and its prevention is more important than treatment.Compared with drug therapy,stress therapy has a definite effect and a wider range of applications,which is of great significance in the clinical application.This article summarizes the relevant guidelines and recommendations for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after surgery,the classification of specific treatment methods,the application situation and precautions in various types of surgery.
