摘要
2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)在武汉暴发并迅速传播至全球,受到全球人民的广泛关注。笔者作为甘肃省第一批援鄂队员中支援武汉中心医院后湖院区隔离病房一线护理人员,从感染防控、护理排班、护理质控、护理培训及团队凝聚力培养方面将23天的工作经验进行小结,为更好地做好新冠肺炎隔离病区的疾病防控和医疗救治提供参考。
Since December,2019,the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan and the rapid spreading to the world have aroused wide public attention all over the world.The author who was among the first batch of E-assisted medical team,as the front-line nurses in the COVID-19 isolation ward of Houhu Hospital of Wuhan Central Hospital,summarizes 23-day working experience from infection prevention and control,nursing scheduling,nursing quality control,nursing traing and team cohesion,so as to provide the reference for disease prevention and control,medical rescue of COVID-19 in the isolation ward.
